Reiki Level 1 Training Course

Come and be attuned to the wonderful Reiki healing energy! You’ll be able to self-treat with Reiki and give treatments to family, friends and pets. Course includes history of Reiki, Reiki 1 attunement, scanning the body, self-healing practice and giving a treatment to another.

Reiki Level 2 Course

This course is for anyone who wishes to deepen their knowledge and practice of Reiki and/or who intends to work professionally. Includes working with 3 of the Reiki symbols, Level 2 attunement, giving a mental/emotional healing treatment, distance healing, how to give a full treatment using symbols and working as a professional practitioner.

Drumming & Shamanic Journeying with Cacao 
Sat 6th December  2pm-5pm
£25 per person
This workshop will include Reiki drumming, cacao ceremony and a guided shamanic journey. Cacao is high strength cocoa and is great for relaxing the mind in preparation for journeying. Don’t worry, you won’t get high! Suitable for everyone. We’ll begin with the cacao ceremony and refreshments will be  provided half way through the event.

Psychic Tea Party

Mediumship, oracle card messages, spiritual guidance. Everyone is guaranteed a mini reading and plenty of tea and cake! Lots of love, laughter and insight in a safe, supportive environment. Numbers limited to 8.

The Spirit of Christmas

Focusing on the theme of peace and love, this class includes mindfulness meditation, breathwork and a Loving Kindness meditation. Angel card message for each person. Festive refreshments available at the end.

Mediumship and Psychometry Workshop

I’ll be guiding you through a mediumship exercise to help you deepen your connection to a passed loved one in the spirit world for yourself and another person in the group, followed by psychometry practice (sensing the energy stored in personal objects). Please note this event is suitable for those with some previous basic experience of connecting to the spirit world or psychic development.
