Healing and spiritual development has been my life and my vocation for the past 25 years. This journey has helped me to heal myself and to support many hundreds of people to find greater balance in life, move through uncertainty and improve their physical and mental/emotional health. My dedication to this path has led me to create a successful holistic therapy business offering several different healing modalities, holistic therapies, spiritual guidance and spiritual development workshops and courses.
I am a Spiritual Energy Healer who works with Goddess Isis and Archangel Raphael alongside my own spirit guides and angels to offer powerful healing sessions and empowerment workshops to help you reclaim the female power that is your birthright.
My particular strength is supporting women who have experienced emotional wounding and who are living with a low level of self-worth step into greater self-love and empowerment. The healing sessions I offer are a great place to start to rebalance, heal and release old hurts and pain and begin to grow. I offer a group Self Love workshop incorporating rose quartz energy healing and coaching and a new Awaken your Inner Goddess Day to reclaim your personal power and heal your divine feminine nature. I have also created my ‘Love, Light and Roses’ program for all those ready for deeper emotional healing through powerful energy healing and activations.
But where did it all begin …
My journey into healing and spiritual development began on New Year’s Eve of 2000. Back then life was very different: I was lost, my life was going nowhere, I was filled with deep-rooted anxiety and low self-worth. I was partying and drinking to fill the emptiness I felt inside. So on New Year’s Eve 2000, after finding the clarity you often find at the bottom of a glass, I went home and found myself saying out loud “Please give me a purpose, a reason for being here. Without this there is just no point.” All I can say is, someone was listening. Little did I know back then that our guides are just waiting for an opportunity to step in and assist us to get our life back on track but because we have free will, we have to ask.
And so my journey began. I felt strangely calm in the weeks that followed and when a friend started talking about a Reiki course she had seen advertised locally, I just knew I had to go along even though neither of us knew anything about it! As I sat in the training course, I listened to the teacher explaining that Reiki was a form of hands-on healing and I remember feeling my aura just lighting up and knowing with complete certainty that this was what I was meant to do.
My life changed from that point. Healing became my passion – learning how to give treatments to others but probably more importantly learning how to heal myself. My spirit guide made himself known to me during meditation and gave me lessons about letting go of past hurt and soul wounds, the importance of forgiveness, the futility of blame and the world of illusion where we are bombarded with the projections of others.
I thought for many years that it was the Reiki that healed me but I realise now that Reiki was just the first step on the journey. What really healed my life was finding my purpose, my soul mission. I now completely trust that my guides will guide me every step of the way forward to support me in fulfilling my mission. Your guides can do the same for you.
Over the years I trained in other forms of healing, such as Angelic Reiki, Faery Reiki, crystal healing, Quantum Psychic Surgery, Akashic Records healing; holistic therapies including Reflexology, Indian Head Massage and Hopi Ear Candles; meditation teaching; psychic development, mediumship and channelling. Along with my hands-on sessions and distance healing treatments, I offer spiritual guidance in the form of tarot and angel card readings including channelled downloads and mediumship. I’ve always believed that a good reading is ‘healing with words’ which can help people to move forward and identify options if they are feeling stuck.
I am also a certified Going Beyond the Veil Facilitator which combines my passions of spiritual guidance and healing in one modality. These sessions enable people to make their own connection to their guides and passed loved ones to directly receive the messages they need to hear, receive peace and closure connected to a loved one, and receive any deep powerful spiritual healing they need. These sessions are so powerful and empowering because they raise the client’s spiritual awareness through making their own connection.
When we heal ourselves, not only do our own lives change for the better but our new positive energy affects those around us. We become more resilient when faced with challenges. Our strength comes from recognising our inner power and knowing that only love is real. So many of the issues we carry with us were never ours to begin with and we lose sight of who we really area. I hope I can help people see truth instead of illusion and set themselves free so that they can create a more joyful and purposeful life.
